We're TIMO Wedding, an award-winning team (WPJA Top 100 Photographer) based in Vietnam. Phu Quoc is the country's largest island — soft white sand, warm water, and some of the best sunsets over the sea in Southeast Asia. It's a natural choice for a beach wedding, an elopement, or a relaxed destination celebration, and we work mostly with overseas and overseas-Vietnamese couples.

Why couples marry on Phu Quoc

Phu Quoc feels like a proper escape. The west coast — Long Beach and Ong Lang — faces the sunset, so a late-afternoon ceremony ends with the sky on fire behind you. Beyond the beaches there are quiet coves, palm-lined resorts and pockets of jungle, giving you an island's worth of backdrops without ever rushing. It's ideal for couples who want their wedding to feel like a holiday, too.

It's also refreshingly easy to reach: Phu Quoc has its own international airport and has long been one of Vietnam's most visa-friendly destinations for travellers (please confirm the current visa rules for your nationality before booking).

What we photograph on Phu Quoc

  • Beach weddings — barefoot ceremonies at golden hour, resort or private beach.
  • Elopements — just the two of you, sunset over the sea.
  • Pre-wedding & engagement — beaches, palms and island light.
  • Destination weddings — multi-day coverage, on film and digital.

The best time of year on Phu Quoc

Phu Quoc's dry season runs roughly November to April, with calm seas and reliable sunsets — the safest window for a beach ceremony. The rainy season (May–October) is greener and much quieter, with lower prices, but the weather is less predictable for outdoor plans. Whatever the season, aim your ceremony at the last hour of daylight for that famous west-coast sunset.

Planning your Phu Quoc wedding from abroad

Most of our couples plan from overseas and arrive a few days before the shoot. We agree the concept, timeline and locations with you beforehand, coordinate with your resort, and keep the day unhurried. Because it's an island, we build any travel into a clear quote up front — no surprises.

Collections start from around US$600 and are tailored to your concept, dates and locations. Tell us what you're dreaming of and we'll reply within 24 hours.
