The best time of year in Da Nang

Central Vietnam is at its driest and brightest from roughly February to August — the safest window for a beach ceremony and clear golden-hour light. The rainy months run September to December, but don't rule them out: with an indoor-friendly venue, rain gives you dramatic skies, reflections and a coziness that pulls everyone closer. Some of our favourite frames all year have happened while it poured outside.

Planning your Da Nang wedding from abroad

This is completely normal for us — many of our couples book from overseas and arrive only a few days before the shoot. We plan everything together beforehand by email or chat: the concept, the timeline, the locations and the light. By the time you land, all that's left is to enjoy it. Give yourself a buffer day to rest, and leave the last 60–90 minutes of daylight for portraits on the beach.

How much does a wedding photographer in Da Nang cost?

Pre-wedding sessions start from around 15,000,000 VND (about US$600), elopements from 20,000,000 VND, wedding-day coverage from 15,000,000 VND, and destination weddings from 21,000,000 VND. We send an exact quote once we know your dates and locations.

When is the best time of year for a wedding in Da Nang?

Central Vietnam is driest and brightest from roughly February to August. The rainier months run September to December — but rain photographs beautifully, so with an indoor-friendly venue those months work well too.

Can you photograph our wedding in both Da Nang and Hoi An?

Yes. Hoi An is about a 40-minute drive from Da Nang, so many couples combine the two — a beach ceremony in Da Nang and pre-wedding portraits in Hoi An's lantern-lit old town, for example.
